My name is Stacey Lagonell, a registered Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and I help
people get their mojo back, through weight-loss, hormonal balance and stress management.
Working with me is fun, motivational and most of all you will get the support you deserve and
need to succeed, overcoming any challenges you may face along the way.
I will create the right training programme for your physiology, whilst incorporating foods that
support your metabolism, without having to count calories, that can knock your hormones
even more out of balance.
My weight-loss, hormonal balance programmes can be accompanied with personal training,
or done on their own, depending on your needs and wants. This is not a one-size fits all
approach, and having what works for you is key to your success.
